Mortgage Guide does not guarantee that any of the rates, APR or terms offered and made available, if any, by participating partners are the lowest rates available in the market or the best terms available, and not all partners in our network offer all the loan options as outlined in the content of the Mortgage Guide site. Not all loan programs are offered in every state nor to all consumers. Completing a form does not obligate you to purchase a service or product from the Partners, nor does it obligate a Partner to offer to you any particular service or good about which you may have inquired.

Your Privacy

We at Mortgage Guide have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to web sites maintained by other companies and organizations to which we link or which link to us. California Residents Privacy Rights

From time to time, we make the email addresses of those who volunteer their email addresses to us available to other reputable organizations whose products or services we think you might find interesting. If you supply us with your postal address online, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. Also, you may receive mailings from other reputable companies. If you do not want us to share your email address or postal address with other companies or organizations, please let us know by following one of the options described in the Opt-Out section below.

THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING

Third-party advertising companies may serve ads on our website. These third-party advertising companies employ Cookies and/or Clear Gifs to measure and improve the effectiveness of ads for their clients. To do so, these companies may use anonymous information about your visits to our website and other websites. By voluntarily submitting your request for more information and to be contacted regarding information on mortgage or related products, you are consenting to have Mortgage Guide submit your request with up to four lenders or mortgage brokers who may contact you by telephone, email and/or mail, even if you opted into the Federal Trade Commission’s National Do Not Call List, any state Do Not Call List, and/or any company’s internal Do Not Call List.  We do not represent any of the mortgage loan lenders on Mortgage Guide, nor will your information be submitted to a specific mortgage lender about whom we provide content.

Opt-out

Mortgage Guide provides visitors the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us, our partners, or third parties at the point when you submit Personal Information to us. If you have given us permission and wish to remove yourself from such communications, please click on the opt-out or unsubscribe link in any communications you have already received. If you choose to opt out and remove your information from our system, it will no longer be used by us for secondary purposes or used by us to send promotional communications to you.

Data Security

We believe that your personal information should remain just that, Personal Information, by providing secure transmission and storing of your information. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our website and web server.
